To ensure your safety and that of others, please read, understand, and agree to the following terms before operating this product.
Your purchase or use of the scooter means that you confirm your ability to operate it safely and voluntarily accept all risks and liabilities arising from improper or unlawful use.

I. Pre-Use Requirements

1. Physical Condition
Riders must be in good health and free from any condition that may affect safe operation (including heart disease, high blood pressure, or the influence of alcohol or medication).

2. Safety Gear
Riders must wear a certified helmet at all times. It is strongly recommended to also wear protective gear such as elbow and knee pads.
Please wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.
Riding barefoot, in slippers, or without a helmet is strictly prohibited.

II. Operating Conduct

1. Riding Practices
Operate the scooter at a safe and legal speed at all times.
Stay alert to pedestrians, vehicles, and obstacles in your surroundings.
Avoid aggressive maneuvers such as sudden braking, sharp turns, or stunts.

2. Prohibited Actions

  • Do not modify the structure, motor, or safety components of the scooter.
  • Do not carry passengers, heavy items, or animals while riding.
  • Do not use your phone, wear headphones, or engage in any activity that distracts from safe operation.
  • Avoid riding during severe weather (rain, snow, strong winds) or at night without proper lighting.

3. Maintenance
Before each ride, check the brakes, tires, lights, and battery level.
Stop using the scooter immediately if you detect any damage or malfunction, and contact after-sales service for assistance.

III. Liability Disclaimer

The company/store shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or legal dispute resulting from:

  • Violation of any safety rule or operational requirement listed in this notice;
  • Reckless riding or misuse (e.g., overspeeding, riding in prohibited or unsafe areas, stunt riding);
  • Operation without sufficient skill or beyond the rider’s capability;
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair.

IV. Product Quality and After-Sales Responsibility

If a fault occurs due to a verified manufacturing defect confirmed by a qualified inspection authority, the company’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the scooter itself.
The company shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, transportation costs, lost income, or emotional distress.

V. Insurance and Risk Acknowledgment

We strongly recommend obtaining personal accident, vehicle, and third-party liability insurance before riding.
Operating an electric scooter involves inherent risks. By using this product, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all associated risks.
