Shipping Area

Eahora Kick Scooters offers free shiping exclusively to the lower 48 states in the US. Please note that we do not directly ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States. Additionally, all of our products are tax-inclusive for these 48 states.

Shipping Time

In-stock scooters ship within one business day after the order is placed, while in-stock accessories may need 2-3 days to ship. Please note that orders will not be processed during weekends or holidays.

Changes or Cancellation

BEFORE THE PRODUCT(S) SHIPPING OUT

EKS can change the receipt address, change the model or color of the ordered product(s), or cancel the order before the item(s) are shipped out. All these operations are free of charge for the first time. If you want to change or cancel the order, please notify us immediately to hold the processing, so you can have more time to decide it.

AFTER THE PRODUCT(S) SHIPPED OUT

Order Cancellation

If the package remains unopened upon receipt, the customer is responsible for the return, EKS will not provide the return label nor cover the return shipping fee. Please contact EKS for the return address. Also, EKS will deduct the actual original shipping fee from the refund.

If the package has been opened or assembled, an extra 30% depreciation fee along with the return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund.

Address Changes

EKS will waive the fee for address changes. Please contact us to update your address prior to package delivery. But please understand that address changes are beyond EKS control so we can't promise it will always work.

Model or Color Exchanges

EKS is only responsible for covering costs for the exchange of the wrong product(s) delivered to the customer caused by the mistake of EKS.

If the package remains unopened upon receipt, only the actual round-way shipping cost will be charged for exchanges.

If the product is unboxed and/or assembled, an extra 30% depreciation fee will be charged besides the actual shipping cost.

Pick Up Order

We'd strongly recommend our customers to drop by our warehouse and pick up your scooters. It's a win-win since we can confirm the package is good, avoid potential shipping damage, save shipping costs (EKS will pass it to you with a discount), and last but most important you can enjoy the riding ASAP.

How to pick up scooter(s)?

  1. Let us know the model, color, quantity, and date you can go to our warehouse for pick up.
  2. EKS will send you an invoice with the discount(s) applied after confirming the availability.
  3. You will have to complete the invoice after confirmation to proceed with it.
  4. EKS will make the appointment for pick-up once the order is placed. We will provide the BOL file, address of the warehouse, open time, and contact information ASAP.
  5. You can go to the warehouse on time and pick up the product(s).

Order Tracking

Upon shipment of your package, an automated email containing tracking information will be sent to you. Please click on the appropriate link in your tracking number email.
