All Eahora Kick Scooters ("EKS") electric scooters ("escooter"), and their Covered Components (as defined herein), are protected against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a certain Warranty Period after receipt of the escooter by the customer. This Limited Warranty applies to United States escooter purchases with the following terms:

Only the original owner of an escooter purchased from this online store or authorized Amazon seller. The Warranty Period begins upon receipt of the escooter. It shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period, or any sale/transfer of the escooter to another person. And under no circumstances shall the Limited Warranty Apply to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the escooter.
The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective battery, frame, forks, stem, handlebar, folding rod, clamp, headset, deck, brakes, lights, rims, wheel hub, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, display, kickstand, and hardware (each a "Covered Component").
The Covered Components are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period.

This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover

Normal wear and tear of any Covered Components.
Consumables or normal wear and tear parts after 15 days of receipt of the escooter or riding it on the road.
Any damage or defects to Covered Components resulting from to failure to follow instructions in the owner's manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modifications, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the escooter as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance.
For the avoidance of doubt, EKS will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure, or loss caused by an unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
The Battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper mantenance or other such misuse, normal wear, or water damage.

DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO AN ESCOOTER OR COVERED COMPONENT IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF EKS.

Claims Process

EKS WILL NOT REPLACE ANY COVERED COMPONENT(S) UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WITHOUT FIRST SEEING PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED OR COVERED COMPONENT(S).

Contact the EKS Customer Service team, let us know the order number of the escooter and provide the photos or video to show the damage or defects.
The Customer Service team will initially work with you on the problem with your escooter to indentify potential simple fixes. Please understand you are responsible to provide photos or video of troubleshooting result and S/N of certain components.
If the Customer Service team determines that a Covered Component(s) must be replaced, we will provide you with a set of instructions for having a Authorized Service Provider fixing it and/or returning the defective Covered Component(s) and receving the replacement item(s).
After you receive the replacement item(s), the Customer Service team will also assist in determining how to replace or intall the new item(s) into your escooter.
You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a Covered Component(s), unless EKS agrees in writing to pay for such shipping costs. Replacement Covered Component(s) under this Limited Warranty shall only be cover the shipping cost to the address of the original purchaser.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND EKS’S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. EKS’S LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE ESCOOTER, NOR SHALL EKS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Absolutely Amazing..Very high marks for this scooter. I own 2 scooters from major brands but i’m most impressed by this one by far. The quality ’s here. Very carefully crafted majestic machine.. Even higher specs than other more expensive scooters on the market for less purchase price. Currently Thee most bang for the buck. Innovative features like split-rim w/ tubeless tires and smooth fine tunable power band to rider preference. Strong rock-solid build quality with no play or rattling suspension and stem joints. It feels Super Secure when riding definitely next level.. Very well engineered with close attention to the fine important details.Customer Service is stellar as well very personalized and down to earth .easy, straight forward communication makes the experience assuring and comfortable.. The mighty tiger king it is absolutely amazing! I cant stop staring at it…what a jewel of an investment. Can't thank you enough! Blown Away..

Scooter packed with all the goodies in one

The tiger king is really the king of the scooters for the price. Nothing else compares with all the extras this scooter comes with. The hydraulic Nutt brakes are one of the best on the market. And the adjustable dampening hydraulic shocks are another top tier addition that comes with the tiger king. And if you want speed it has that to. I have had mine clocked at 48 mph real world speed at that. A lot of company’s say there scooters with go whatever speed they advertise but when doing real speed testing they all over shoot that speed by 5-10 mph. But not the tiger king it does every bit of what the stats say and then some. And if that is not enough the scooter has lights for days….. it has blinkers that others can actually see at night and also had rgb lights that you can adjust to different patterns and colors. I just hit my 250 miles on mine and it does not disappoint. I’m happy this is the scooter I went with from all of the other endless choices out there. Thanks Eahora you have a satisfied customer…

The hydraulic damper and seat upgrade combination make this scooter so stable, it is by far the best bang for the buck!

Straight Up Rocket Ship Beast of a scooter

My first 11 inch scooter and boy is it a world of difference from the lower scooter. I learned you can tweak the settings and get up to 54mph! I weigh 194lns and carry a backpack that usually weighs 5 to 10 lbs extra depending on the day. I did a range test running a mix of single and dual motors with speeds anywhere from 15 to 50mph.plus climbed quite a few hills. I did 26 miles and still had 48 percent battery left!
